I’ll have to admit that I was a little intimidated when I first met Eva Daiberl. She seemed kind of perfect to me. She’s good at everything she does (she’s a trained pastry chef, photographer, and DIY master). She’s traveled the world. And a stroll through her closet rivals any trip to Barneys. But the more I got to know her, I found out that Eva she wasn’t so intimidating after all. She deals with personal shit just like the rest of us and is one of the most compassionate people I’ve met because of it.

In this interview, Eva and I discuss her battle with anxiety, the judgement she felt from others after her diagnosis, and how meditation has changed her life and helped manage her symptoms. She’s an incredible woman and I’m excited for you to hear this episode.
