Highly Active Brains = Less Sex Drive = ME!

I am listening to a book on Audible right now, “Everybody Fights” by Penn & Kim Holderness, a book on marriage. It is a GREAT book that I highly recommend. It is funny and light hearted and I’ve connected on SO many levels. But, they say, when things are better in the bedroom, they are better outside of the bedroom.

I beg to differ because …

They also say “Highly active brains have less of a sex drive”.

Girlfriend, is your brain CONSTANTLY on? Like 24/7. Even when your head hits the pillow at night, no matter how tired you are, you’re still trying to solve the worlds problems, worrying about everything, thinking about what needs to be done tomorrow and what your should’ve done today. But yet you’re supposed to satisfy your husband at the end of the night. Riiiiiight.

And then, there’s your husband, who doesn’t have a care in the world about the dirty dishes, the loads of laundry, bath night for the kids, etc. All he is wired to worry about is himself and his dick.

Although, I’m going to take their advice and see how it goes. Stay tuned ….
