Girlfriend, with all we have going on in our lives, the term “balance” is quite literally BULLSHIT. Between work life, home life, family, friends, any side hustle, ALL of things - how are we supposed to find “balance”?

I’m starting with saying “no” to things that don’t align with my goals and saying “no” to eating more than I need to be full and that drink (or 3) that I think I need to wind down for the day.
