GM Report Card: Is Joe Schoen ready for critical year three success?

The guys look back at two Draft and Free Agency classes for Giants GM Joe Schoen and grade out the success(and failures). There were clear restrictions from a financial standpoint and yet decisions around players like Will Hernandez, Paris Campbell and Mark Glowinski raised eyebrows in Free Agent decisions.
Draft classes have also brought some concerns, specifically across the Offensive Line with Evan Neal being the poster child for misallocated draft picks.
To say nothing of the Daniel Jones contract, Joe Schoen with money in hand, will be heavily scrutinized throughout the offseason and Draft.
