Almost 10 years ago, I knew Caitlin as a cool, surfer girl. And she still is; but what has changed is her confidence in claiming the life she wanted to create. And so she did.

Cait pursued and has created an intentional, simple life in Puerto Rico and lives her choice in gratitude. She grew up surfing from age 8; and after her 21st birthday, she was drawn to the physical practice of yoga. With a little encouragement, Cait said yes to yoga teacher training in her hometown of Jacksonville Beach, Florida, and experienced yoga and surfing as a powerful partnership for her life.

Today, she shares how her choices have created her life of simplicity and health and how choosing simplicity can be just as much work to cultivate as a life of complexity.

Social media platforms, as well as the online growth through the pandemic, has expanded Cait’s perspective to teach yoga virtually.  She has created and recorded classes for both The Salty Club App/online platform, as well as for RAD Roller's Mobility App. She is currently working on creating short pre-recorded classes available on her website, sunburntandsalty.com . Cait lives with her fiance and has attracted her parents into the lifestyle of Rincon. Her love for family, simplicity, and adventure are matched with her committed practices to live healthy, move daily and embrace being a contribution where she lives in serving others.

In this conversation you’ll hear:

How a simple life takes practiceWhy consistency in anything is the only real road to fulfillmentWhy a physical practice of yoga, surfing, and mindful movement mattersWhy claiming gratitude every day is most important
