JP and I talk about his path to play professional hockey through the USHL to NCAA Division I hockey at University of North Dakota to the ECHL, AHL and now playing overseas for EC Salzburg. We also talk about rehabbing his current injury and still being around the team and helping the boys out, his USHL Draft experience, controlling what you can control, Goaltender of the Year in the USHL and ECHL, being result focused versus process focused, finding success at the pro level, finding ways to fit in while being called up and down a ton and so much more!
