Brandon Saho was born and raised on the west side of the Queen City and used to work as a Sports Producer at WLWT News 5. After years of struggling with his mental health, he decided enough was enough. He left his dream job at WLWT in March of 2022 and began focusing on getting better. Brandon’s journey to a healthy, happy version of himself was not an easy one, but he did it. His story is truly incredible and worth a listen. We are extremely inspired by his emotional openness and the way he strives to help others.

Last fall, Brandon launched the Mental Game podcast where he interviews athletes, musicians, and celebrities to help break the stigma. A new episode drops every Tuesday and we highly, highly recommend you give it a listen. Brandon is changing lives, one pod at a time.

We can all help prevent suicide. The 988 Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals in the United States.
