Ken Kragen, is as Jane Pauley from NBC stated, a phenomenon. He was the creator and organizer behind the historic humanitarian projects We Are The World, Hands Across America, and Cisco Systems NetAid, which earned him a United Nations Peace Medal.
He produced a variety of film and television projects ranging from the ground-breaking Smothers Brothers Comedy Hour, Kenny Rogers 5 Gambler movies, and in 2004 he produced the 12 Dogs of Christmas – a live action, full length feature film based on his daughter Emma’s best-selling children’s book.
He’s also managed the careers of Burt Reynolds, The Bee Gees, Gallagher, Kenny Rogers, Lindsey Buckingham, Lionel Richie, Olivia Newton-John, the Smothers Brothers, and Trisha Yearwood, just to name a few.
He’s the author of Life Is A Contact Sport, and has an impressive record of unprecedented success as a motivational speaker, career and marketing consultant, and designer of non-profit events and strategies.
And if that wasn’t enough, Ken’s lectured at Harvard Business School, USC, Loyola Marimont, and the University of Tennesse, and currently teaches a 10-week undergraduate course at UCLA’s Herb Alpert School of Music called Stardom Strategies for Musicians.
