Hole was a grunge band from Seattle Washington in the 90s that was fronted by Courtney Love, the wife of Nirvana singer Kurt Cobain. When Hole was looking for a replacement bassist they stumbled upon an underground Minnesota band named Janitor Joe and immediately knew that it's bassist, Kristen Pfaff, was the girl they were looking for. Kristen, who was an honor student and had a passion for music, found herself swept up in the chaos of Seattle and surrounded by people who didn't have her best interests at heart. Unfortunately, Kristen would be found dead of a drug overdose in her apartment only 2 months after Kurt Cobain's death in 1994. Today, we look at the details surrounding her fatal time in Seattle and looking for culpability. Was it simply an accident, or was it something more sinister?
