Stephany Valencia, a current student from Cal State University Channel Islands studying communications and working on multiple projects in marketing such as the Women’s Empowerment Expo & her current job’s social media campaigns, discusses the topic of mental health on how she handles putting on multiple masks at a time between her family, school, job, and side hustles. We also discuss the concept of being okay reaching out for help and what got her to become the woman she is today and where she chooses to put her focus in. Other values that contribute to her character is discussed in telling her story.
