Episode 8: Tara Webber

Tara Webber is an international powerlifting champion from Prince George with an incredibly impressive commitment to training, recovery and nutrition. As a resident of Prince George, British Columbia, Tara is also an entrepreneur as part of the ownership group for Xconditioning.   Tara and the powerlifting team at Xconditioning host meets twice a year in order to bring high-level competition to Northern BC. Tara is also passionate about mountain biking, swimming at the lake and spending time with her dogs and husband, Mike.    

 Tara's lifting career and accomplishments in the sport of powerlifting have been nothing short of amazing, as has her  advocacy and promotion of women's participation in strength sport.
