Born and raised in Glasgow, Scotland, Joe Elliott is a local veteran who spent 22 years serving his country in the navy, before moving to Prince George, British Columbia. In addition to a full time career as a medic, Joe spends a significant amount of time finding resources and directly helping other veterans. Joe is also a loving father, partner and difference maker in the community through persistent volunteerism.
