Nicolette Ray Tuftin is a brand designer, soulful business strategist, speaker, and authenticity mentor. As the founder and CEO of the Inner Essence Brand Studio, Nicolette fearlessly guides multi-passionate entrepreneurs on a transformative journey to uncovering the truth of who they are so they can serve in a really big way.

She believes that true success lies in daring to to be radically authentic – both in business and in life. She teaches her clients that in order to be aligned in business, they must first align with themselves. Through her work as both a consultant, mentor, and designer, she helps entrepreneurs get fully aligned with WHY they’re here on this planet and how to be seen for who you truly are at your core.

Nicolette lives for spontaneity and adventure, and the opportunity to move to a new country arose in 2020, she packed up her life in her home state of California and made her way to Prince George, BC where she resides with her husband.
