Jesse Estes is the global brand ambassador of Ocho Tequila and the son of Tomas Estes the co-founder. He spent time working in many of London's top bars including Callooh Calley and the Lonsdale before moving into the family business as an Agave educator. 

We talk today about the unique production ethos of Ocho tequila and his thoughts on the future of the agave category as a whole.
