And for our final episode of 2020, we speak to a one-woman extraordinaire - Fable.

Fable AKA Holly is a Brighton based musician, artist and songwriter whose' music is a colourful mix of genres, and has influences of trip-hop, electronica and post-punk.

After bursting onto the scene, building a reputation as one of the UK’s most intriguing musical prospects, with widespread acclaim from MixMag, Line of Best Fit, to the Guardian and Rolling Stone, Fable vanished from view in 2016 after personal tragedy, with the resulting in a 4 year hiatus from music.

But now she’s back, having reconnected with herself and her creativity and it releasing some seriously exciting music - we’ve had her song 'Thirsty' On Repeat!

In this episode we discuss her songwriting process, her journey to sharpening her identity within music and discovering the sound she wanted to make - plus we have a in depth conversation about mental health and creativity, spurred on by her work with mental health charity My Black Dog (myblackdog.co) who she got involved with after a personal event leading to the 4 year break and finding herself.

Get ready for an honest conversation with brilliant ideas and sentiments to take forward at the end of this year into another one.
