A perfect Vedic practice from ancient days that has the power to help you stay well and happy during these perilous times. May you use it to regain your state of balance and salubrious well-being.  By observing the Ekadashi fast, we gather ourselves in silence, and restfulness.  Counting eleven days from the onset of the New Moon, and from the day of the Full Moon, you will discover Ekadashi. This is the optimum time to carve out time for your reprieve – a time to observe fasting, inner silence, cleansing, and recuperation.

An Ekadashi Mantra:

Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya

ॐ नमो भगवते वासुदेवाय

This is known as a Mukti Mantra - a mantra for spiritual liberation. It is the supreme mantra of Lord Vishnu or Lord Krishna. Lord Vishnu is the Lord/Preserver of the Universe.
