Paula Moltzan is a US skier who specialises in slalom. She learnt how to ski on the same slope as Olympic champion Lindsey Vonn. In 2015, Paula became the junior world champion but her lifelong dream of being a pro skier was put under threat when she was cut from the US team. She decided to go to college and continued racing. Eventually - her determination and skill earned her a place back on the team. At Beijing 2022, she became an Olympian.
We spoke to her during Beijing 2022 to talk about her friendship with Ryan Cochran-Siegle and his silver medal win, why Lindsey Vonn is an inspiration, and much more.
