We love the Planet of the Apes movies. The original series is great, the reboot trilogy is also great, and even the short-lived TV series is a lot of fun. There's always been one entry into the franchise that has stuck out like a sore monkey paw though, and that's what we're talking about this week: 2001's Planet of the Apes by Tim Burton! With an all-star cast of Tim Roth, Helena Bonham Carter, Paul Giamatti, and Mark Wahlberg (I guess), this film attempts to reboot the series yet fails at every possible turn. We're joined by guest Rob Lloyd to figure out precisely what went wrong.
