The adventures of "Lucky" Stone, reporter for the Chicago Star begin. A friend of Ted Carter, an ex-hoodlum, is found murdered. Lucky is determined to find the killer, and the trial leads to the powerful George Bailey. The script was broadcast on the series on May 8, 1950 (see cat. #50016).
