Tim recalls to his daughters the time his baby brother Ted a.k.a. The Boss Baby was celebrating his first Christmas. He's overwhelmed with the family's traditions and doesn't want to be a part of it. Things get more complicated when he's accidentally sent to The North Pole by an elf that looks like him. The Boss Baby sees the mistreatment and unappreciation of the elves' work and shows them that they should fight for their rights.
