The holidays are upon us and Arun and Patricia are covering the DreamWorks Christmas specials based on the animated films. The first DreamWorks Christmas special is The Madagascar Penguins in a Christmas Caper from 2005. The penguins Skipper, Riko, Kowalski, and Private are preparing for Christmas and Private sees a polar bear who is lonely and sad. He wishes to get him a Christmas gift, but Skipper believes that they should focus on themselves. Private decides to go against Skipper's wishes and walks around New York City to find a gift. But he is then taken by the old lady from the Madagascar films to be used as her dog's chew toy. It's up to the penguins to rescue Private.
