It's Friday afternoon, the Oilers racked up another painful loss due to mistakes last night against the Stars, and we're back with a fresh episode of Oilersnation Radio to try and make sense of why this is happening. Unfortunately, things aren't going so well right now after yet another loss led Oilers fans to walk off the ledge.

To kick off the podcast, we started with a look at last night's game against the Dallas Stars and argued whether that loss resulted from bad luck or poor play. Even though no one wants to hear it, the Oilers didn't play poorly last night, but the problem was that every mistake they made wound up in the back of the net. On the other end of the spectrum, was there anyone who delivered for the Oilers? Can anyone say they played their best outside of Sam Gagner and Evander Kane? Changing gears, we looked at Sam Gagner's return to the Oilers' lineup and how a spectacular performance nearly dragged the team into a tie game. Speaking of roster moves, we also looked at Philip Broberg being loaned to the Bakersfield Condors and whether or not he should stay in the AHL for a bit to regain his confidence. Is that even an option for the Oilers right now? Lastly, we wrapped up the Friday episode of Oilersnation Radio with another round of Ask the Idiots, Kennedy's quote game, and Hot and Cold performers.
