We are once again celebrating holiday season, this time by talking all about queer Christmas movies with our special guest Aubrey Gordon, writer and co-host of the wonderful podcast Maintenance Phase

We discussed a few specific movies: Under the Christmas Tree, Christmas at the Ranch, Syed Family Xmas Eve Game Night, and the horny commercial for Norway’s postal service, When Harry Met Santa. In addition to discussing these specific movies, we also talked about more broadly what it means to portray queer intimacy, how queer cinema has evolved over the years, the absolutely delightful weirdness of Hallmark movies, and—and we can’t stress this enough—a lot more.
