⚠️Trigger Warning ⚠️ Weight loss and eating disorders are discussed in this episode⚠️

Stephanie and Lacey sit down with Rachel Kearney to hear her eye-opening weight loss story of losing 150LBS over 3 years. Rachel touches on her adolescent years, being told she was overweight from her doctors, even being diagnosed with PCOS at age 13 for “starting her period too early.” Putting her on a regimen to weigh herself everyday with her mom & being put on a restricted food diet, created an eating disorder, as a result. Growing up with doctors and bullies at school telling her one thing, Rachel shares that she took on the identity as the “Fat Friend,” and thought it was impossible to achieve a healthy weight for her. At 275LBS, at her heaviest, Keto came along…and then walking…and then the walking turned into running…and 3 years later, 150lbs down, she finds herself competing in body building competitions with a healthy relationship with food and mental health.
