Dr.Will Bulsiewicz: The Gut Health MD, author of a bestseller "Fiber Fueled" guest of OG Talk

He wanted to demystify plant based diet and perception the general public has about it. Dr. B shared he is hopeful that a person, who does not know much about vegan food to pick his book and when he or she is done with it , they have a clear idea what plant based lifestyle would help them to accomplish. His original goal was to separate where are the assumptions, speculations and where are the actual facts that are based on a scientific research and findings only.
