Struggling to pick up political traction, former Mayor Bill de Blasio abruptly ended his congressional bid. In a video released on Twitter, an emotional de Blasio also indicated he’d be leaving electoral politics completely. NY1’s Zack Fink, Bob Hardt and Kelly Mena analyze the decision to end his candidacy, as well as what this may mean for his legacy.
