This week, New York Attorney General Letitia James filed a civil lawsuit against former president Donald Trump and his company for “violating the law as part of his efforts to generate profits for himself, his family, and his company.” The lawsuit seeks $250 million in penalties and wants the Trump family to be effectively banned from doing business in New York for five years. NY1’s Zack Fink, Kelly Mena and Juan Manuel Benítez took a look at how the charges against Trump continue to mount, and what the end results may be.

Also, the debate about the controversial congestion pricing plan continues in the city. Rep. Ritchie Torres of the Bronx has raised concerns after hearing the proposal, noting the Bronx may end up with more pollution from diverted traffic. We want to hear from you, especially what you think about congestion pricing.
