CHT Episode 11: Team USA and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Tournament

The World Cup of Hockey’s group stage is over. There were winners among the losers and losers among the losers. On this episode, Penn and Joey gush over Team North America, deride Team USA, and give a well deserved nod of the head/raising of the eyebrows to Team (Rest of) Europe. Just as the World Cup is ending, NHL hockey is right around the corner: preseason hockey starts this Tuesday and the regular season follows not too long after. Also: Aftonbladet’s journalistic integrity is called into question and a shocking revelation is made about Joey’s hockey fandom.

CLARIFICATION: When Penn refers to Tyler Johnson’s great season, he MAY have been biased by what was an outstanding postseason at the end of a mediocre regular season.
