Off the Board Episode 35 with Paul Fox

Welcome back to Off the Board, the Calvin Ayre After Party’s sports and sports betting podcast. A few episodes ago we had the head of bookmaking for Bodog Asia Paul Fox on the show but due to some technical difficulties Paul’s audio wasn’t clear and his answers couldn’t be heard through the podcast. Paul’s a sharp guy and had some interesting things to say so we wanted to bring him back for another go around. As Paul is located in Manila, I decided to have Paul come to the Off the Board studio so we could sit and chat live. It’s the first time we had someone in the studio live and we hope you enjoy it. Paul talked about the differences and similarities between European and Asian punters and talked about why basketball is so popular in China. We touched on live betting and match fixing.

The intern is back to work, if you can call it work but I say it’s pretty enjoyable regardless.
