Monorail Red Drink Recipe

A version of the drink is still served at the Top of the World restaurant at the Contemporary Resort at Walt Disney World. The original recipe calls for Lemon Bar Mix, similar to Sweet and Sour mix.

1-1/4 oz Tequila3/4 oz Galliano3/4 oz Grenadine2-1/2 oz Lemon Bar Mix2 oz Pineapple JuiceShake ingredients with ice. Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice and top with a maraschino cherry.
