We chatted about his joinery and how he’s using is voice, literally and figuratively, through music to share his ability to express those experiences we all go through. We touch on his dabble into endurance running, growing up on the east coast, surfing, finding music, his yoga and spiritual journey, moving to Arizona with his wife, his encounter with his spirit animal - mountain lion - and a lot more.
