George Elek is joined by Andy Holding and Johnny Ward as they look ahead to the Irish Derby at the Curragh. The guys also take a look at Saturday's card from Newcastle where the Northumberland Plate takes centre stage.

Westover had been favourite for this weekend's classic, with Johnny eyeing him up as a good thing at the start of the week when the race was previewed on Racing Weekly. Since then Aidan O'Brien has entered Tuesday into the race, who now takes up favouritism at a best price of 6/4.

Andy and Johnny give their thoughts on the race and both agree on a 66/1 e/w pick as well.

Over at Newcastle Rajinsky is the favourite to win the Northumberland Plate for Harry Davies and Hugo Palmer. Trueshan is once again entered having been withdrawn at Royal Ascot last week due to the ground. At the time of writing Hollie Doyle's mount has been backed into 11/2 from 7/1 to land this one.
