Ersatz Blofelds - Part of the World Cup of Bond Villains

Our preliminary rounds of the World Cup of Bond Villains continue with what we call Ersatz Blofelds. That is characters who might have been Blofeld if Eon had been able to make use of him or at the very least owe a great deal to Blofeld.

We've identified fours villains: Karl Stromberg (Spy Who Love Me), Hugo Drax (Moonraker), Max Zorin (A View To A Kill) and er Elliott Carver (Tomorrow Never Dies).
