On today’s OP: Games, we sit down and discuss Sony’s latest Playstation 5 showcase event. With time running out, we have gotten beyond antsy and Sony is poised to press it’s competition with the right numbers. Yes, price and release date or high on the list, but what else does the market leader have up its sleeve? Games. An event that could have simply been a call to pre order, with prices attached, has turned out to be much more. We get the next entry in a storied franchise, a teaser for a generation defining adventure, and our first glimpse at what it looks like to be greater. Also, much to our surprise, Sony has laid out it’s first steps to combat Gamepass. But it’s not all roses as Sony has all but flubbed it’s pre order plans -- will this push their would be customers to the competition? All that and more coming up on today’s show….RIGHT NOW!
