Corey Parks is an alumnus from the University of Central Arkansas, having earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Insurance & Risk Management in 2016 and Master of Business Administration in 2018. Corey is a certified Professional Community and Economic Developer (PCED), designated by the Community Development Council, and is a graduate of the Community Development Institute and the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.
