Joel Lookadoo is an alumnus of the University of Central Arkansas class of 2013, having received his Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education. He also earned his Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University and is certified in English as a Second Language, PE/Health, and Building Administration.
