Cheri Tate met Edward Allen Covington while working at her bar in 1993 and the two hit it off, but the timing wasn't right. So, 7 years later, when Eddie walked back into her bar, she took it as a sign from god. The two quickly started dating and moved in together but the red flags didn't start to show themselves until after the two were married.
