There was a lot of shock and outrage surrounding Eric Zane's departure from the Free Beer and Hot Wings morning show, of which he'd been a cornerstone for 15 years of broadcasting. All the facts are still not known, but tensions have been running high, and rather than wait any longer, I decided to chime in and offer a few words of support for Zane, and hopefully some perspective for fellow longtime fans.
