Lucy Watts

This weeks podcast guest is Lucy, a Food Science degree apprentice currently working for Avara Foods. Sounds like a pretty cool role if you ask me... I didn't know these sort of opportunities were available so it was really interesting to talk about it all. Lucy dropped out of college and went into full time work which ultimately led her to get this amazing apprenticeship opportunity, proving once again that education isn't everything.
