Bec Gelding continued our Redeeming series, sharing on Redeeming Authority. Many people have a hard time thinking of power as good. Often our own negative experiences of misplaced authority, or cruel expressions of power, can make us wary and guarded towards people, institutions and authority.
Power at its best is resurrection to full life, to full humanity.
How can we be people who step into the God given power and authority that has been given to humanity as image bearers- in order to bring capacity, life and healing to the world around us? How do we walk the tightrope of living a life of authority and Holy Spirit power each day, without slipping into misplaced authority or power.
