It is undoubtedly one of the most ambitious meat processing projects ever considered for Montana.

Gary Guesman is the President of Controlled Environments Construction and he would like to build a new 200,000 square foot beef processing facility near Billings, that would be capable of processing 1,000 head of cattle per day.  A facility like that might cost $350 million to construct.

In December, while attending the Montana Stockgrowers 2023 Convention in Billings, Taylor Brown interviewed Gary Guesman and Paul Neutgens of Controlled Environments Construction about their plans, and their experience in this area.

You certainly can't accuse them of not dreaming big!
