Episode # 54 Monday Motivation- Leader Or Dictator which one are you?

Came across an old book in my collection.

Years ago I bought this book and it helped me out soooo much.

It really put my ego in check on being a manager and helped me more as a leader.

There’s always room for improvement just because you are the person in charge doesn’t mean you have every CORRECT way of doing things.

Anyone can point fingers and yell

Anyone can blame others for failing

Anyone can be in charge.

If you stop learning after a promotion or new job then you and slowly lose respect and the vision gets lost.

Be a leader not a dictator.

Let your team be apart the the decision making process.

Make sure everyone has a clear idea of the vision.

Appreciate the ones that helped you make it to the top.
