In this episode, I reflect on 2019.  I simply took the time to meditate, or rather thinkitate, through a list of questions and prompts I found below through @werenotreallystrangers instagram.  Overall, it was a great exercise to help realize what I've acheived, gone through, still need to work on and celebrate.  Here's to more wins in 2020!
