As a writer, Talise had a vision when she got to college: She would finish her novel by graduation using the tools and insight given to her by incredible professors to create an amazing story. Instead, she found herself burnt out for 4 years and unable to write a single paragraph.

When she graduated, she took a huge risk by taking a year off to focus on her wellness and reconnect with her creativity. At the beginning of 2020, she had no idea that by the end of the year she’d be a full time creativity coach helping her clients move through the mental blocks that stop them from making their art.

In this episode we discuss:

How to stop being burnt out (and how to prevent it in the future!)Setting boundaries with yourself and your workHow to nurture yourself through the creative processGreat book recommendations for 2021
