United States Air Force veteran and former Philadelphia 76ers Head Athletic trainer, Mr. Carroll shares his journey from Philly to Germany to Portland and everything in-between. Dubbed the "Katalyst" at Nike, Mr. Carroll talks about his experiences from his time as a linguist in the Air Force, funny behind the scenes stories of NBA life, as well as being appointed "The Mayor of Nike" by Phil Knight.
