I want to take a moment to express how much I appreciate people taking time out of their day to listen to my story and then share their thoughts / opinions / and kind words with me. It feels surreal and means the world to me, and the support helps pull me forward.
This episode is Part II of how I ended up on Team Gary Vee and apart of the amazing culture at Vayner Media. It's true that it's different than anywhere I've worked before. I've always wanted to be a part of a supportive yet competitive and energetic team, and blessed to have the opportunity to contribute. Top down, the most senior people to those who just started, it's obvious how open minded and non-judgmental the culture is as a whole. There's opportunity to go up to anyway and ask them to grab coffee and learn about their job and who they are as people.
