Previous Episode: On Triumph

Thanks for listening! On this week’s episode we do something a little different. We decided that we could learn a lot by looking into Ida Lupino's career, and we were not wrong. We share what we learned about this prolific actress, writer, and director through our research, as well as through watching her films. We discuss why older films can be problematic and at times difficult to watch, and we related what we learned about the entertainment industry in the 1940's to what we know about it today. Lastly we discuss why we think confidence is so difficult to acquire, particularly as artists.

As always we concluded with the eternal question, “Are You Okay?”
But, spoiler alert… we weren’t.

xo,
Pamela and Alexa
