FAVOURITE QUOTE TO SHARE WITH THE WORLD

"You cannot stop the waves, but you can learn to surf".  I first heard this when I was studying my Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy diploma and it really seemed to say in a nutshell what CBH is all about - you can't control what happens around you but you can learn how you respond to it and use that knowledge and skill powerfully and to your benefit.

ONE BOOK YOU SHOULD READ

This is so hard as I love reading and typically have about 3 different books on the go at any one time.  However, I'll go with Start with Why by Simon Sinek.  I read this for the first time about 18 months ago and it really resonated with me and what I loved helping my clients with, particularly those who were wanting to start their own business or were in the first 1-2 years of running one.  When you understand and focus on your why, whether in business or life in general, you can begin truly living authentically.
