The Jungle Bird

1 1/2 oz Dark Jamaican Rum
3/4 oz Campari
1/2 oz Simple Syrup
1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz Fresh Pineapple Juice

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into a large ice
filled glass, garnish with pineapple, orange and cherry.

The Italian Bird

1 1/2 oz Aged Rum
3/4 oz Campari
1/2 oz Fino Sherry
1/2 oz Honey Syrup (1:1 Honey:Water)
A Pinch of Salt

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a rocks filled
Double Old Fashioned Glass, garnish with a Sage leaf.
