We're breaking the mold on this episode of No Dishes and diving inside the world of chain restaurants. Before you curse us, we have been and always will be a huge proponent of locally owned and operated businesses and that will continue to be the case but we're mixing it up for this one episode. Jordan had his start in full service restaurants at Ocharley's however and we thought it'd be interesting to cover the pro's and con's of chain restaurants and it certainly was. We couldn't have asked for a better guest to do this than the current O'Charley's GM and Jordan's former Saturday night bartending partner-in-crime, George Hines!! George has worked his way up at O'Charley's to his current position while also spending time managing at the Bloomington Country Club. He was such a great guest and it was so much fun having him on!!
